Step Together, in collaboration with SEKEM, successfully completed a three-year accredited training program in Supportive Education and Inclusive Social Development. The program brought together educators and professionals in a structured learning journey grounded in holistic human development, reflective practice, and inclusive pedagogy.

Designed and delivered by Step Together as an accredited training center, the program combined self-development and methodic–didactic practice, allowing participants to deepen their professional understanding while strengthening their capacity to respond to diverse learning needs. Through a series of modules, practical applications, and continuous reflection, participants engaged in a comprehensive process that connected theory with daily educational and community-based practice.

Implemented in Arabic and adapted to the cultural and social context of the SEKEM community, the training fostered meaningful exchange, professional growth, and the development of inclusive practices within real-life educational settings. The program concluded with the successful completion of 17 participants who demonstrated sustained commitment, professional maturity, and readiness to contribute to inclusive educational environments.

This collaboration reflects a shared vision between Step Together and SEKEM to strengthen professional formation, support inclusive communities, and contribute to the ongoing development of supportive education within the Arab region
