A group of Step Together staff members successfully completed the International East-West Course Program offered by Alanus University on Inclusive, Transformative Leadership and Development in Social Pedagogical Work: Contemporary Understanding of Disability and Developmental Disorders. Delivered online over six comprehensive modules, the program brought together professionals from various countries, fostering a rich environment for international collaboration and professional exchange. Through a combination of theoretical learning, practical application, and reflective practice, participants strengthened their knowledge and skills in inclusive and social pedagogical approaches.
